Flying Scot 4085 is a 1985 Gordon Douglass built Scot. Ivory deck and hull with dark blue waterline stripe. Race rigged with a spinnaker. Two mains, two jibs, and one spinnaker. One set is original and the other is two years old. The newest set, Main and Jib are Mark Beaten a good sail maker in New Jersey. The owner stated that she has all new standing rigging, and the hull was freshly polished. Galvanized TeeNee Trailer. Included is a 2.5Hp Yamaha 2 stroke motor barley used. Email fs2929@optonline.net
On deck spinnaker sheeting system with ratchet blocks. Deck has gelcoat crazing near gunnel edge. Mainly on port side.
Port side. Gelcoat crazing is visible.
Some crazing near mast step. This is unfortunately normal on boats of this age.
Repair to starboard bow. Area is smooth and structurally sound, but colored gelcoat has not been applied.
Inside of repair. Light passes through the repair because no color was added to the resin.
Crack on side of centerboard trunk. will need to be repaired.
